The staff was super helpful! The room was clean, which is huge for me. Plus, the location was right near some food spots, made life easy for a late night snack run.

I booked a night on the cheap and ended up in a decent King Room. AC was noisy but comfy bed and clean sheets saved the day! Just a heads up, the driveway was tricky to find and the doormat was misleading. Not bad for a last-minute stop.

i had the absolute pleasure of staying at countryside inn motel, where the shower was filthy and the comforter had burns. i was expecting some complimentary gesture for enduring such a lovely experience, but alas, nothing. also, apparently, blood stains on sheets are 'clean'. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, you know?

However, the experience was marred by a noisy air conditioning unit and a somewhat tricky driveway to find, which could be frustrating for new visitors. I also noticed a lack of amenities during my stay.

The stay was convenient for surfing the web and staying connected, especially with three kids running around. We appreciated the comfy bedding and the nice space in our room, allowing us to all stretch out after a long day exploring Richmond.

In my wife’s opinion, they need to improve safety measures, like better door locks. There was some noise during our stay that made it hard for the kids to sleep.

Unfortunately, the TV didn’t work and finding towels was a challenge due to unhelpful staff. The room had a microwave and fridge, though these distractions couldn’t overshadow the general discomfort experienced during the stay.
